De Wet De Villiers Brokers has walked away with not one, but two top awards from Santam: the Gold Award and the Agriculture Award - both recognising exceptional achievement during the 2024 financial year.

The team sees these awards as more than just shiny acknowledgements. They’re a nod to the way they’ve been doing things for over 30 years: showing up, doing the work properly, and staying close to the people they serve.
“We’re incredibly grateful,” says Thomas de Wet, CEO. “We don’t set out to win awards, we set out to do right by our clients. But it’s encouraging to know that a company like Santam recognises the approach we’ve always believed in.”
The Agriculture Award is especially significant, given how complex and unpredictable the farming sector can be. It’s not a space for shortcuts or generic answers. It takes insight, experience and a lot of listening.
Over the years, De Wet De Villiers Brokers has kept things personal. That’s intentional. As Thomas explains: “We’re big enough to offer solid support, but small enough to really know our clients. That’s where we believe the value lies.”
Looking ahead, the team isn’t changing course. They’ll keep doing what’s worked - staying practical, staying honest, and staying focused on helping clients make informed decisions that stand the test of time.
