HOLLARD HIGHWAY HEROES 2022
We are super proud that a driver of one of De Wet De Villiers Brokers’ valued clients, Kelvic Transport, was announced as an overall category winner in the national “Hollard Highway Heroes 2022” initiative!
“Hollard Highway Heroes” is a transformative annual competition held by Hollard Trucking, a specialist sector of Hollard Insurance. The initiative aims to identify and richly reward the best truck drivers in South Africa. It offers substantial cash rewards and other prizes to encourage truck drivers to drive responsibly.
The goal of the competition is to honour truck drivers who not only show exemplary behaviour and dedication toward their fleet owners, but who also fulfil their duty to deliver cargo intact and on time. This includes driving safely and responsibly while keeping an eye out for other drivers on the roads.
In 2022 Sabelo Dlamini, from Agritrans, walked away with the grand winnings of R75 000. He managed to scoop up this prize for his superb driving in the Flatdecks category.
